Taxicim is an end-to-end fleet and operations management platform that transforms traditional taxi business with the power of modern technology. Designed specifically for taxi stands, fleet owners, and drivers, this system maximizes customer satisfaction while increasing operational efficiency. System Capabilities: • Smart Dispatch Management: AI-powered dispatch algorithm that automatically routes customer requests to the nearest and most suitable driver. • Live Fleet Tracking: Real-time monitoring of all vehicles' location, status (occupied/vacant), and speed on the map. • Driver Performance Analysis: Detailed performance reports based on drivers' working hours, earnings, and customer ratings. • Multi-Platform Support: Web and mobile apps for customers, comprehensive admin panel for stand managers. Technical Details: The project consists of driver and customer apps developed with React Native, and management panels built with React (TypeScript) and Vue.js. Thanks to Firestore's real-time database features, all data is synchronized within milliseconds, eliminating operational delays.
